The Process
Architect Plans
Our in-house architect provides a full set of detailed plans and structural calculations for your unique loft conversion. These will be submitted for building regulation approval and planning permission if required and is Included in the fixed price quotation.
Our Design and Build Service will help to ensure that you remain stress free whilst we deal with the necessary details.
The Conversion
Your loft conversion will be professionally managed by one of our dedicated teams and completed, according to the size of the project, within approximately 6 to 10 weeks.
After the scaffolding is erected the materials are taken up on the outside of the house and through the roof, minimizing disruption.
A qualified building inspector will visit the property as key stages are completed. There will be a final inspection at the end of the project, ensuring that your Bristol loft conversion has been completed to the best possible standard and to your specifications.
